Sporting Clays

Come shoot sporting clays on our fully automatic course set up on our beautiful, wooded grounds.  You can shoot the full 100-clay automated course or opt to shoot only 50. Our target presentations are changed often and we offer many different types of targets from going away, to crossers, quartering, droppers, overhead/driven, battue, chandelle, midi, and rabbit.  We offer informal sporting clays practice on Mondays from about 3:00 PM until about sunset, with pre-pard shooting cards (cards are available for purchase for cash).  We shoot sporting clays every Saturday and Sunday morning.  Often, there are events on these days if you wish to participate (see the Events page). The first squad goes out at 9:00 AM and we send the last shooters out at noon. Only shot sizes 7.5 and smaller are allowed on our course. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Our pistol range has a range of up to 25 yards and our rifle range has distances of 35, 50, 75, and 100 yards. * Please do not use or stand in the sporting clays boxes when using the rifle and/or pistol range and always pick up your brass.

You must receive an orientation from a Cacoosing Gun Club Director or Range Officer before using the rifle or pistol range. The ranges are under video surveillance and anyone found damaging property or violating the range rules is subject to immediate expulsion
